What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), project type, your message, and the IP address it was submitted from (kept with the enquiry for spam prevention and security).
- Server logs: IP address, browser type and timestamps, for security and reliable operation.
- Analytics (consent only): anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 — see our Cookie Policy.

Why we process it (legal basis)
- Answering your enquiry — pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR).
- Site security & operation — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics — your consent only (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with processors that run the service for us:
- Hostinger — hosting, CDN, object cache and email (SMTP) delivery.
- Google — Google Analytics 4, only if you have given consent.
Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EEA; where that happens, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Contact enquiries: up to 24 months, then automatically deleted — unless they turn into an active engagement.
- Logs: a limited period, set by our hosting provider.
- Analytics: per Google's data-retention settings.

You also retain the right to raise the matter with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, regular updates) to protect your data. No internet transmission is ever perfectly secure, but we work continuously to minimise the risk.
